What was meant to be a great night turned out like shit. Staff were very rude especially a girl with brown red hair with a bun I was waiting at the counter She looked at me and kept walking the other way. She eventually came towards me. I gave her my card to scan my points and said my son would like these two toys then she rudely Took the card out of my hand. I asked her if I can have my card back as I still had points on there she doesn’t hand it to me but chucks on the counter. Worse experience ever I would never come back.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Oztenpin Ballarat and had such an amazing experience! nnThe place is very spacious with a wide area for kids to play, which made it perfect for a birthday party. All the kids were so excited and happy the entire time!nnA special thank you to Tamara, who helped us throughout the whole event. She was incredibly supportive, kind, and made everything run smoothly. We truly appreciated her help.nnI highly recommend this place for birthday celebrations. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Appalling customer service. Made a booking to meet with a friend and our children at 11 today. We arrived on time, waited around 5 minutes to be served and were informed that someone had actually booked us for 11pm not 11am. The kicker here is that they are not open at 11pm! Multiple lanes were free at the time so we asked if we could still bowl and were told “No. We have other people booked to bowl at 11”. If we wanted to hang around, they “might” have something in 45 minutes. No apology or other solution was offered. And given it was now 11:10, I’m not sure why these other bookings for 11 were being held as a priority when we had also booked for this time. Very disappointing, particularly as this is the one thing my daughter, who has a disability, can actually participate in competitively and equally with the rest of us. Poor form Oz Tenpin, firstly for such an obvious mistake made when we book and the the complete lack of customer service when the mistake was identified. My family and I, who were regular customers, will never be back.  I wish I could give this experience less than 1 star.

A massive shoutout to Mick and Tamara for their amazing customer service! They go above and beyond when we regularly attend with our client, and always create such a welcoming and comfortable environment!

I visited your venue on the 19th of June. We were told we aren't allowed to wear our shoes, which consisted of Converse and Doc Martins. There were multiple other parties wearing boots and sneakers after we were told we are only allowed to wear runners. When I spoke the the man at the counter, who did not give me his name, that other people were wearing the wrong shoes, he chose to have an argument with me. He then asked other people to change their shoes instead of apologising. This is extremely unprofessional and there is a lack of consistency between how your guests are treated.nnI understand if you have an actual reason for wearing specific shoes, but you NEED to be consistent.
