Wow! Their new place is really huge and we both like it. Staff were friendly, we didn't wait for long. As long as there's lane available, staff approached us from their lounge area and no need to wait for the scheduled time. Cozy and clean and tidy and more fun

We went on Friday night and it was so busy with hardly enough staff to support the parties and other customers. Sandy was absolutely fantastic and helpful. She did an amazing job and I hope the higher management is showing their appreciation for all of Sandy's hard work!

Came here yesterday with my family and my little boy, the staff were very friendly, seems like they are still working out some things but overall was a lovely experience  my little one had the best time, one of the ladies on staff seemed very smitten with him. It's nice when staff seem happy and like they enjoy interacting with people.

Came here many times, first time prices for vr where $6 now it is $8, other then prices overall good ambience, vibe and such another downside is most games use card not coin.

This place is amazing! The staff are kind and polite, the place in nice and clean. The arcade games are so much fun. The food is really good, they can make a milkshake that's for sure! If you are wearing heels make sure you bring some flat shoes so you can go bowling, they are kind to those who forget, the staff are easy to find and they are kind even to those who have disabilities, anxiety etc. I love how they are willing to help you even if you have a small problem, the prices are pretty good, it's nice and cheap if you want to hang out with mates or family. There are multiple competitive games to play, it's so much fun!!!!
