Walked in with a group of 5 for the the "Cluck Yeah Deal" on Thursday and was rejected due to it being the "day before a public holiday" (how is that even a thing). We were told that there were no deals relating to unlimited games of laser tag and it would cost us around $12 per game and so we left. Following these events we called them up outside the store to see if there were actually any deals available. And what do you know, there was a deal for unlimited laser tag games for $20 per person. Either Strike needs to improve on specifying important details like "days before a public holiday" on their website (cannot find that condition on their website) or they need to improve communication within the Strike team.

Preferably I would go to AMF just a better layout they have bowling and Lasertag and plus games and prizes. Party rooms are to tiny customer service is not that great.

Great kids birthday venue, from booking to arrive to departure, this was an easy and convenient experience. The young staff are like super heroes, nothing fazes them and they deal with every situation with helpful grace.

Extremly dissappointing! Went in this evening to play a 20 minute game of bowling but after waiting 20 minutes to be served, we were turned away due to closing (in 20 minutes....). Would not recommened until an improvement in customer service was met!
