The place was fun, and the atmosphere was great, you would have great time if you come with friends or partner. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I must say that the food was extremely expensive. Even some beverages and chips cost a lot. The place also had other games for kids, not just bowling, which was nice and thoughtful. However, they could improve their seating and sealing and it felt really old and needed upgrade to keep up with the modern style of today.
Been here twice now and it’s your classic bowling alley. Always a lane free for us but we do tend to book in advance, we get the more private space as a group and it’s a good venue to come have fun with your mates, especially with the win with a 154 on your birthday ;
I am absolutely disgusted by the experience we had tonight. This was meant to be our first date night. I do not have spare money to throw around. I saved for this night so we could do something fun and special together. Instead, the entire evening was ruined.nnThe customer service was beyond awful. When ordering food and drinks, the staff were rude, dismissive and completely uninterested. No one looked like they wanted to work there. No one smiled. No one cared. We were made to feel like a burden for simply being customers.nnThen the arcade was an absolute joke. I spent over $100 on arcade coins and multiple machines did not work. Completely dead. No signs, no warnings, just broken machines taking money. When I asked for help, no one helped. I was told that no one would be able to assist me. How can that be acceptable when the machines and product are right there in your own venue?nnI am now left with more than $50 worth of coins that I cannot use. That is money I saved for this night. Money I cannot afford to waste. There was zero accountability and zero effort to fix the issue.nnWhat was supposed to be a special first date turned into stress, embarrassment and frustration. The entire night was distorted by your staff’s attitude and the complete lack of support.nnI expect someone to contact me immediately to rectify this situation. This was without question the worst bowling experience of my life.nnManager was chris who was no help, thank you so much for the worst night ever!
Good to be out for Christmas party and have a night out with the staff. Not too crowded although we had booked a lane so that helps. They could do with an extra staff member at the desk on a Saturday night shift as it takes a while to be attended to, whether it was front desk to check in or cafe. Customer service was good and over all it was a lovely Christmas night out. Clean location and easy parking facilities also .
The food was expensive and sloppy and the nachos just clinged to the plastic and it got to the point where I was basically eating cheese infused plastic and it was inedible. The cheese pull on the pizza was not there which was a massive disappointment for my authentic Italian friend. The lady was making us feel uncomfortable and she was questioning us why we were bonding and laughing but the guy who made us our food was very kind. The lady at the front made us very uncomfortable and she was a bit odd and accused us of being little children and rushed us to finish our game and demanded we clean up the nachos when that is clearly her job and why she gets paid! So will not go back !
