Such a great vibe!!! Affordable, clean, friendly staff; the kind of place you can genuinely relax and have fun. Bowling, Mini golf and Arcade games.  Shout out to Skye for being the most helpful with the many questions. The extra TLC for our sons birthday was appreciated! So grateful. Absolutely recommend, kids and kidults a like!

Best bowling place and experience. We keep going back. Staff are lovely & super accomodating, have yet to have the food but will be having next time we go. So great to have a lovely coffee/tea there before/after or while you bowl. Love also how the tables are close to your game so you can all watch closely.nAlso mini golf is awesome there to! We kept laughing at our illuminating teeth  very cool atmosphere with both. Highly recommend! See ya'll again soon

I had such a fantastic time at this ten pin bowling centre!nnFrom the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the beautiful and most welcoming staff Rishanka. She was very attentive, friendly and genuinely made the experience feel special. It’s rare to find a staff that combines professionalism with such kindness, but she truly nailed it. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their guests.nnThe shop is beautifully maintained — clean, vibrant, and full of energy. The lanes are in good condition, the lighting creates a fun atmosphere, and everything feels fresh and inviting.nnI’ll definitely be coming back, and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great day out.

I visited Oz Tenpin today and had a mixed experience.nnThe staff at the bowling counter were very humble, respectful, and welcoming. They provided great customer service and made the bowling experience enjoyable.nnUnfortunately, my experience at the food court was disappointing. We received the wrong order, and when we approached the staff member, Catheline, to explain the mistake and request our actual order, she insisted that we had ordered the item we were given and began arguing with us. The person who initially took our order had repeated it back correctly, so it seems there may have been a misunderstanding somewhere in the process.nnMistakes can happen, and we would have been happy to resolve the issue calmly. However, what disappointed us most was being made to feel that the mistake was entirely our fault rather than having the concern addressed professionally.nnI appreciate the excellent service from the bowling counter staff, but I hope management can improve how customer concerns are handled at the food court.

I recently visited Oz Tenpin Greensborough and while the venue itself was fine, what really stood out in a bad way was how the staff appeared to be treated. You could clearly see they were overworked, stressed, and not getting the support they deserved. Despite this, they were still doing their best to stay polite and keep things running smoothly, which honestly deserves a lot of credit.nnIt’s disappointing to see a place rely so heavily on staff who seem undervalued and under pressure. Management seriously needs to step up and take better care of their team. The way the employees were being treated was the only reason the experience was a completely negative experience
