Just finished up a birthday party for our nephew and we had Issac as our party host. Issac was amazing, he was playing with all the kids, ensured all the kids took turns, made everyone including the adults laugh and just ensured everyone had a really good time. No one missed out on anything and everyone left with big smiles.nIssac I really do hope you see this review and know how special you made all the kids feel today. It’s never easy to dance in front of the kids as well as adults but you did with a massive smile on your face. Wishing you all the best and hope to have you as our host for my son’s birthday.

Extremely disappointed in the service. Organised a party for my son's 18th birthday. Table assigned to us wasn't big enough to support the 10 guests that we had booked for. There was a spill on the floor that had been covered with napkins and a chair in the middle of the walkway was still there 3 hours later. Then the party hosts arrived. Seemed completely disinterested in their jobs and more interested in talking to their friends. We were then wheeled around to the bowling alley... bowling alley hadn't been cleared from last people using it and lanes were not set up. Moved table out into walkway as a hint that it required cleaning. Then came time to play the pinnies... half of the games weren't working. Unfortunately I then needed to go to the bathroom... I'll allow the video to talk to that...
What an awesome party experience at Timezone Watergardens. Thanks to our wonderful party hosts Alena and Charlie A for coordinating the day and for being so great with the children. The level of attention to detail was top notch and everything ran so smoothly. Everyone had an amazing time. A shout out to Isaac too for helping out in the party room. Great team who made for a seamless and stress free party experience!
We had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here and everything has just been so easy and stress-free. Everyone from phone bookings, counter staff, and especially our party host Claudine who went above and beyond for my child’s special day. We were just so happy with the whole process and I think Claudine deserves a raise / promotion for her service today Thanks again
