PLAYTIME Crown

I've been going to this arcade for the last 6 months or so and all the staff are fantastic! Katie is an absolute gem and Daniel went over and above to help me track down my Playtime card number after my wallet was lost and really saved the day for me. Neville and Rocky always greet me as well with a smile every time I see them! Will see you all later tonight Thanks again for a great gaming experience :) 11/10 Regards Noah Brash

I would like to thanked the crown Playtime staff especially Harold and Tami for urgently accomodating us for our DD last minute surprise birthday party. I couldn’t have asked for more exceptional assistance from you guys. The reaction from our DD was indeed priceless and she had her most memorable 16th Birthday with her family and close friends. This place is highly recommended!

They're always adding new games, maintaining regular ones and rearranging them. There's a wide variety: air hockey, character combat, mini bowling alley and the new virtual reality station!! Always fun.

Won all the rounds of the monkey swing game to win 1200 tickets, yet the points mysteriously haven't been credited to my card throughout the course of the evening. I asked a young assistant behind the counter and he gave me half arsed answer consisting of - "your points are probably being counted." It's a shame because the place is a generally a good laugh for the competitive arcades but the machines that encourage you to actually win a prize or tickets are quite obviously rigged. Don't think I'll be returning.
