Amenities look tired but lanes are in top condition. Its been around as long as I can remember. Here for daughters birthday, they had fun. No bumpers for kids as they had rain flood the place so they weren't operational. Party food was good and convenient.

It is special with the kids, making memories and laughing at each other. Getting excited when someone does well.  It can be very busy and a wait to be served but as long as you try book a lane first you should be able to play a round or two. It's a little pricey but worth it. Younger kids may get bored before the end of one round so be wise at the start. I've found the staff friendly. There was a blonde woman the times we have gone and she's always kind. The man who helps with shoes is kind also.  The only real draw back is the toilets. I don't know about the men's but for the women there is only one toilet. Which is hard if someone using it has an issue and takes a long time which we experienced and 3 people waiting ahead of us. So I wouldn't drink too much and make your kids go to the bathroom before you leave home.  The arcade section has alot of fun game options, not too expensive and it's so fun how it's still old school and you collect actually tickets. You can hand them in to claim prizes. I love that!  Overall it is pricey but reasonably priced and a fun bonding activity with friends or family. Lots of parking options, wheelchair accessibility, with food and drink available also.

This is such a good way to spend with family and friends however the toilets are run down they mayn't be dirty but they look dirty and don't have that fresh spritz about them.The balls could be cleaned more often and the workers could work as a team. Solution,I take hand sanitiser, Glen 20 and wipes. Kiosk has a nice range of things to offer and parties are worth the time.

The customer service at the front desk was good but besides that the experience was not overly enjoyable. The game screen repeatedly quit after bowling, meaning we had to redo half the shots we had already taken and our lane completely stopped working for a solid 10 minutes. The food and beverage service was despicable and when we simply asked for a cup of tap water we were refused service and told that we could only have water if on medication. They are also a licensed venue that serves alcohol meaning that legally they must provide free water. We asked multiple times even when telling them we were experiencing dizziness they still brushed us off and responded with a nasty attitude. These are things that can easily be fixed with little effort :

Visited for the first time today, great facility we enjoyed our time there, would have been nice to have some welcoming brightness to go with the customer service - no personality whatsoever. Gentleman assisting with the shoes was great. We look forward to visiting again with a brighter experience!

Such a good place to go! Heaps of games to play around the alley and of course the bowling, price is very good and a lot of different discounts available. Plenty of food and drink choices too. I highly recommend going for a fun time!

Always great fun!! Customer service is great, coffee is awesome!  Free parking, wheelchair access and a very inclusive activity that everyone can enjoy!  Would definitely recommend

Booked a lane for 5pm for my daughters birthday, drove over an out only to get there to find out that one of their staff members had put our booking in for 6pm even though I had a confirmation email that said 5pm. So we left with 8 very Disappointed children with no where to bowl.

I was there today with my other seven friends. They gave us lame 6 and 7. No 6 lane broken few times and ruin all the fun. Customer service guys are no fun either. They need to repair or maintain their machines well so it won’t stop the fun in half. I hope there would be another bowling place soon. We can excuse this rubbish place.

There is 28 lanes and I went into Lane 18. Lane 18 had balls got stuck with the bumpers and one ball got stuck with the pin deck area.  Ample amount of arcade games, badly needs an upgrade to digital tickets because I witnessed someone winning 200 tickets when they had to get the staff to refill the ticket machine with brand new tickets. So embarrassing.  The bowling lane gets the hype for nothing and overall does the job but would badly need maintenance.
