Has improved its facilities since the old days, looking a bit more flash. Walking down the same customer entrance brings backs memories The staff are super friendly and happy to go out of their way for you. Only downers would be that quite a few of the arcade games didn't work and there was a delay from tapping the card to tapping again which created difficulty to play against partner. Otherwise, a fabulous retro night out.
We had our daughters 6th birthday here and we all had an amazing time! Manager and hosts of the party went above and beyond for all the kids attending the party! The kids were entertained for hours and everyone has fun! Parents who attended all stated it was a great party! Most importantly my daughter had the best time
Attended with a small group for my sister’s birthday and was really impressed with the facilities, they all had a blast! The bowling lanes had replay feature which was super cool and something you rarely see. The staff there were super helpful and took the stress out of the entire process. Shout out to the manager name escapes me who was lovely and I had a great chat with! Overall 10/10 experience and will be recommending to family and friends!
front staff was lovely and very helpful. can’t say the same about food staff. one girl was quite rude. friend of mine went to double check she ordered the correct item and received an eye roll and a snarky “yea”. then i went to ask if i could change one of my items for another. they said no, but i could get a kids version. no worries, but i asked if i could get the regular size and pay the difference, the system couldn’t do that. again, no worries. went back to order a shake and more food. one lady asked what i meant by iced coffee shake it was listed under shakes. she went to ask her coworker, who came back and asked me where i even found the item. i pointed to the menu and she looked at me and told me that it doesn’t exist, with another eye roll. then i sit back down until someone comes to tell me that they don’t even have what i ordered. aside from that, it was a fine experience, but could definitely benefit from a good cleaning.
I want to say a huge thank you to all the fabulous staff that were working at Zone on Monday the 19th December at 2.30pm. They gave my son the best time for his birthday and were so accommodating of all of our annoying requests. We were so thrilled with the wonderful service and attention we got at both the front desk and the snack bar. We will 100% recommend zone for kids parties and we will be back again! Thank you all so much
Super happy with our son’s 7th birthday at Zone Bowling. Our hosts were great. Well done to Kodie, Blade and Amber! The kids had a fabulous time and it was completely stress free as a parent. Would definitely recommend it as a party venue. Some of the feedback from the kids was “best party ever”. Thank you.
I have been frequenting Zone bowling Frankston for ten years now and have been very impressed with the new staff member Simon. His customer service skills are excellent and his attention to detail shows his capabilities. It’s always a pleasure
The front staff were lovely. And the bowling was fun, a few mechanical issues with the pin machine but otherwise a good time. But the positives end there. The café staff were so rude, they look at you standing there and continue their conversations in the back. They look so disinterested in their jobs and customer service was non existent. We had a pizza for my daughter, it came out burnt and the crust was so hard I'm surprised she didn't loose a tooth biting into it. We had to bin it. Forget about asking for another one i was so annoyed at their poor service the first time. Would we come back here? No i don't think so..
Great place for all to enjoy. They have birthday parties and arcade games and you can win some great prizes. I go there regularly just for bowling
The website advertises Laser Tag and Bowling, then when you get there they let you know this venues doesn't have laser tag. When I brought it up they said. We get that all the time. Very disappointed children on a birthday. Need to be much clearer about that on the website when booking.
