Well appointed and clean. Courteous staff. We went on a Saturday afternoon - it was empty. Food served was hot. Arcade game variety could be improved. Overall a nice place to visit and very accessible too.
Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping precinct. This place was a last minute decision, as we were looking to do something after dinner. We had a good night. A little disappointed cause the 6 of us couldn’t all play in the one lane. Instead we had to play in two lanes. Ideal place for kids as they also have a games area.
Devastated to learn such a valuable asset to the Knox Boronia Community is closing its doors. Warm and welcoming staff on every occasion, an atmosphere and family based venue that will truly be missed. Thanks for the fun!

Wish I could say I had a good experience but today was pitiful. Last day and really showed they just did not care all. One guy serving, 3 standing around doing nothing. Girl with septum piercing was on the phone texting to her mother- that’s what break time is for. Said they were saying goodbye to regulars when there was no one at the counter. Attitude when asked to fix bumper was appalling. Got asked ‘what’s wrong with it’ by Mikayla. I said ‘we’ll go have a look’. How the heck am I meant to know!!! That was final straw after bumper had broken down at least 5 times. Wow please don’t go into another customer service job if that’s your attitude. And a tip- if people order food on line, make sure they get what they ordered instead of giving it away before they get there.
Very helpful Sunday when we went with our 3 grandchildren. Every staff member went out of their way to make our outing very enjoyable. Lunch was excellent also. Only criticism was the cost of the arcade too costly for young kids.
So handy to have this place so close to home. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and surprisingly big. It was busy when we arrived but by the time we were finishing our game it was nice and quiet. Would be cool if there were some car racing games in the arcade
We had our son's birthday party here and it was a great time! The activities were all amazing and the staff, we had nicolette and bella, were super nice and caring to us! We would definitely recommend! We all had so much fun today :
Attended a birthday party on the weekend ! Super organised and fun! Staff were AMAZING , especially Nicoletta. Made swift adjustments for accessibility options , kept the party on track and the kids had the ‘best party ever !’ . Highly recommend !
5 star! We went last weekend to zone bowling boronia and we had the best time mostly because the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Nicholetta who was amazing and such a gem, definitely made my night because of how beautiful the staff was! The food was delicious and came out hot. Thank you nicholetta! And staff for everything xox
