Oxford Chadstone

Suit shopping for a wedding today for multiple people and had amazing customer service from Gabriel and Dosh. Thanks for being so helpful and for keeping us organised!

I'm utterly disgusted with the store Manager at chadstone Gabriel! I liked a jacket at the store for my father but they didn't had the size. The lady checked on their system and advised me that Melbourne Central store has one jacket left in that size. She advised me either I could go to the store on Monday or Tuesday next week or they could get it delivered. The lady insisted on me making the payment as the item then would be secured. I told her to call them to check if they actually do have the size before I make a payment. As, I have shopped a million times at other stores and they always check before they take a payment. The lady said she would email them and I could go and collect it on Monday. I then went on Tuesday to collect the store. To my surprise, I was advised by Melbourne central store that they don't have it. They also advised that they have emailed the Chadstone store already. I was then advised to go back and collect my refund. I don't live nearby Chadstone and I had to go there today to collect it. I went in and advised the lady(the one who served me on that day) and she remembered me. The store manager Gabriel was standing next to her and she needed to get approval for the refund. Before, she could complete with what she was saying. He started to accuse that I should not have gone on a Monday as the stock take time and all that BS. I then told him that I went on Tuesday. He abruptly and mockingly asked the lady to refund the money ' Don't worry, forget about it and refund their money' in the most rude tone. This made me very upset as being a customer, I was told a make a payment for an item that was not confirmed over the phone with the Melbourne central store. On top of that, I had to drive all the way to Chadstone to get my money back. And, I'm being told that I was wrong that I went in earlier than I should have????!!!!!!!!! I addressed it to him that he's being rude and I don't appreciate that. He then invaded my personal space and came way too close to my face when I asked him his name. I asked the lady what's him name and she did not give his name. I cannot believe that this how Oxford customers are treated. I now know very much why they staff are incompetent and don't care about their customer as the management is full of nonsense and unprofessionalism. I will be filing an official complaint through the consumer goods for the way I was harassed and spoken with.

Fallen Advertisement lower profits: Escalating this in person to store staff might be met with contempt that i should be minding my own business. Telling the store through social media creates early action to fix the problem to reduce opportunity cost and lost sales in comparison to silent customers or staff that doesn't care. I would be met with revenge by haters which would cause me to lose my job.
