Ishka Support Office

I purchased furniture online from Ishka. Got a confirmation and then no stock but unable to get a refund. They give you a voucher to buy something else - which I did as it is a huge amount! Second order confirmed via email but NOTHING more. They have scammed me out of $800. There is no phone number and whatsapp/FB & email options do not work. Absolutely horrible experience!!

Why arnt they answering their phones? I have had one of many emails chasing my refund answered. ..I was told it's out of stock and I will receive a store credit no thanks I want a refund....its been close to 10 weeks....I'm going to fair trading.....

ISH140996 order was placed on 30/12/2021. Up till now, 5/07/2022 i haven't received my parcel, not any refund. Moreover, they simply ignore my emails!!! They reply once in couple months maybe, with "sending you good karma". Rest assured, guys, you earned some really bad karma with what you are doing to your clients.

Why doesn't this place answer the phone .It's the same thing each time . Take note of your reviews ishka. A lot of unhappy customers you have.

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT Click & collected a FAULTY item at Ishka. Was told to return the item to the store and they will ship a new one. I CALLED to confirm it would arrive before christmas, I was promised it would. I took it back to the store. I then receive an email saying nope not happening before christmas - so my present is already RUINED. Promised a call back, of course didn't receive a call back. Was again promised contact within 24-48 hours, and didn't receive a call. I email them 5 days later saying "it has been 5 days"... receive an email 4 DAYS after that asking me to call & speak to a manager. Called them and was on hold for 20 minutes, then 20 MINUTES OF ARGUING. I was told they HAVE TO refund, they can't send me a new one. Then I was told THE STORE SHOULD'VE OFFERED A REPLACEMENT. I was essentially called a liar because 'they couldn't find the email' from the lady offering a new item shipped out and I literally had the email open in front of me. Then the story changed and FINALLY I was offered a new item sent out to me. NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY, NO COMPENSATION FOR WASTING MY TIME, NOTHING. His response "Free shipping is your compensation". Absolute garbage. NEVER AGAIN. Fix your customer service. It's no wonder your stores are always empty.

If you order off ishka online, be prepared for either of the following: A you receive the item B you receive the wrong item C item is broken D get a partial delivery and/or item not sent Most times it will be b, c or d. In that case, be prepared to never receive your item. After months of emails and phone calls that are either unhelpful or ignored, you will finally realise that you will never have any success...the warehouse will be out of your item despite having it in stock when you first purchased it online. Review based on others’ experiences and my own experiences. As you can guess, I don’t shop at ishka anymore online and instore.

Bought some socks and a blanket. The blanket was smelly and full of dust. The socks never arrived. They advised I would get a refund, after 3 weeks I got nothing. They literally stole my money

Keep getting spammed by this company, yet I've never given them my email address. I keep unsubscribing yet they keep spamming. Dodgy practices, like hell would I ever shop there now.

They send broken items on purpose and then make you jump through hoops to get a refund.
