Bought an audio adaptor for IPhone, and not working from day1. Try to replace few days later, the staff told me I can't replace as I opened the package. I explained I wouldn't know if the adaptor is working without open it. The staff than told me it's just $7.5, if I need a working one I should go to Apple center. I tried to talk to the manager or owner, been told that the owner has over 10 more stores and have no time to talk to me, and than ask me to leave the shop as I am not buying anything. Absolutely ridiculous experience, will check with Consumer Affair if people sell cheap goods the warranty can be avoided by the merchant or not.
Not much to see, could be better organsied.
