Unhelpful staff with only one person looking after the cash registers - despite being second in line, had to wait 10+ minutes to be served. Another staff came to the second register but instead of serving from it, he was fiddling around with some papers and doing something else - despite seeing the queue waiting there for 10+ minutes. Terrible experience.
One of the staff members was very rude and I felt that he was suspected of discrimination. My mother and I did not make any mistake in the process of shopping there. But he followed us around a lot and even interrupted us while we were shopping. I don't like this kind of attitude towards customers, which makes people feel very angry.
Wonderful staff, were very helpful with the prices! I even accidentally left merchandise i bought at the counter i was distracted, and they gave it back with proof of payment instantly!
WOW OH WOWna huge thank you tonight to the beautiful Chinese assistant lady who helped me a lot with the all the Sally Hanson's nail polishes and the hand wash and the antiseptic hand gel and the male assistant too the best chemist warehouse I have everrrrrr visited.
