Lying and judgemental chemist. I went to get my medication and was told after a 30 minute wait by the chemist that he will not allow me my medication for another 3 days. He said it is up to the chemist destruction. A chemist who is not a doctor. My doctor prescribe me medication on that day. I went to get it filled and was declined by the chemist who had quite an arrogant attitude and did not want to engage in a conversation about why his decision was made. I need medication to treat my medical condition this is the most important thing not the chemist personal opinion.nI then went to another chemist down the road and my prescription was filled no questions or derogative treatment by the second chemist.nMy advice to everyone is to avoid this particular business.
It's ridiculous! I lined up for 5 to 10 minutes for a simple exchange, only to be told I had to go to the back counter. Then, at the back counter, I was told they couldn't do exchanges there either. The back counter only handles prescription drop-offs and collections. When I went back to the front counter, it was the same story all over again. What a hassle!
Absolutely shocking. Told there would be a 30 minute wait for a prescription!!nThen I had to wait 10 minutes just to purchase them. I go down the street to direct chemist outlet instead, they had me my prescription straight away.
When there are 10 groups waiting to pay with one register open, there are more staff on the floor filling the shelves. It’s been so slow just to get things paid.nThe manager should be better with prioritize and flexibility in staff.
