It's very clean and not too crowded, which is great. It's a bit of a hassle to make reservations through the company, but there are lots of new products and they are 40-50% cheaper.
the store is now a clearance centre , up to 70% off on selected items. No need to do reservations, walk in and until supplies last.
Served by Aidan, very helpful staff member, polite and patient. I explained what i wanted because of my physical needs and he was clear, answered every question well and gave me shoes that were great right off the bat. I chose to check other shoes out because i was used to a particular style and got something that worked the same but was a new look :nI am looking forward to a future purchase of the other shoes that were shown to me first though!nOnly 4 stars for the store because styles are quite limited for colours, including things like NMDs but that is no fault of the staff.

Stocks were so outdated yet still overpriced, you’ll get better bargains at DFOs.nnI booked via ADIDAS app for an entry but apparently anyone can just walk in.nnThere was nothing positive reflecting previous reviews.
Came here on a Thursday afternoon as part of the family and friends 40% discount invite only. It’s a little bit tricky to find which door to enter as their administration office is next to the retail store, so some signs would be really beneficial for first timers like myself.nnThe collection in store is not bad, but could be better. Personally I wish they stocked more variety, like new releases, limited editions or even last season’s collection in case you missed out a favourite. Pretty comparable to what you would find at the Chadstone or Melbourne Emporium store, but the advantage here is you get both Adidas Originals and Adidas Performance in one shop.nnThe staff here are quite helpful, checking in was smooth and staff were accommodating in searching for different sizes at back. Worth checking out!
