Fantastic service and delivery was quick. Couldn't be happier with the Gentrax generator I purchased 3.5kW with remote. starts easy and runs smoothly. Also the remote works from 40m away. Very satisfied
Very fast to deliver my generator, which only took 5 days. I was very impressed with the service; two days after I placed the order I received an email with download details for the instruction booklet for the generator.
Before I purchased our generator I had a few questions which were answered quickly and pleasantly. Delivery time to Queensland was excellent. I would definitely deal with Outbax again although I hope I will never have to use the generator we bought because it's going to be out backup power supply if some of the wild storms we get knock the power out.
