Hairdresser doesn’t speak English very hard to communicate . I have specific style for haircut but has totally been ignored . Store operation is so unorganised , internal communication is poor , they don’t know what they doing. Hairdresser Miki left me in the middle of cutting serve other customer . In general very disappointing experience, won’t recommend .
There’s no words to describe for the services, product and the staffs + cozy place all 6 stars professionals and highly recommended. wow when the queen says … it’s unreal… love you guys
Bad experience and would not recommend. I went for a haircut. Midway the receptionist asked the hairdresser to go to wash the other customer’s hair, and she took over and started drying my hair, for the next 10-15 mins in order to pass the time. Even worse, absent-mindedly, she only dried on one side causing me a headache. The haircut is very mediocre with no style. Bur the service is the most disappointing part.

I've had really bad experience with hairdressers in the past one too many, I say! which is why I'm always hesitant each time I consider going to one. From the many visits I've had in my lifetime, only one hairdresser finds a place in my heart... from Castle Hill, but she disappeared on me! My daughter have had her hair cut & styled At the Garden Sussex and I really like how it turns out every single time. Wanting to be bold, I called At the Garden for an appointment today hoping for a free spot this afternoon and they had a cancellation. It's a sign... and so I went. First Impression: I love the place, it's very welcoming. Staff: they're friendly and have great customer service. Haircut: I couldn't be happier with Hanna's work. I feel refurbished. I believe I found my salon. Will recommend? Absolutely!Service: Hairstyling
Very disappointing experience. The stylist performed balayage and bleached my hair, but after the bleach, the hair became dead, very rough and the colour is very yellowish burnt yellow. I kept using the toning shampoo and conditioner, but could not tone down the yellow colour. She was rushed because she had another appointment at the same time and using heater to heat up the bleach chemical. Now no matter what I do, my hair just so damaged and rough, I can not let my hair down. I was going for a normal hair colour of similar colour but the stylist talked me into balayage but the colour turned out to be similar to what could have been achieved as normal colour without bleaching, and it was different to the reference photo she showed me. :Service: Hair coloring
Hands down great Japanese salon with great Japanese hairdressers! You get the full hospitality treatment here as soon as you walk in, including the massage during and after your hair is washed. They have colour specialists too which do great results. You will definitely need to book ahead as it is very busy, this is not a salon you can walk in
Don’t let the Master guy cut your hair. By far the worst Japanese haircut I’ve ever had. Appointment booked for 4:30pm, didnt start cutting until 5:30pm. My sister who’s booked the same time didnt get seated until 5:30pm. So what’s the point of booking 4:30pm? The so-called Master asked me what I needed. I replied: thicker fringe and above shoulders. After the cut was finished, he didn’t show me how my hair looked. Didn’t clean me up and my clothes was full of hair. Even worse, he layered my hair without my permission. I have very little and fine hair. A good hairstylist would always know not to layer my hair. He layered my hair so short that I now look like a guy trying to have long hair. This is extremely disappointing, considering the Master charges $84 for a haircut, and the quality and result is worst than those $15 haircut. Will never return and will never recommend to anyone. Avoid this hair salon if you can, not worth it. You get much better service and hair stylist from other Japanese hair salons.
The guy manager/ master was very rude, very bad cust service its like he doesnt wanna be there, did my hair half heartedly and harshly, i went to redo my hair again at the saloon beside them as the curl he did looked like a mess‍. Too bad i used to be their regular! Dunno what happened.
