It’s a smaller Woolies but has a reasonably good selection. Store is clean and tidy. My only feedback would be that they should open more checkout registers. Besides the self service registers, they usually only have one other one open which creates a long line. It can be annoying when you’re standing in that line looking at a whole bunch of closed checkout registers.
Omg can't belive what a old rude white lady on small curly hair on pay station. I strongly recommend to give them more rest. Behave same with all. Giving 1 star because of that rude old lady who deserve to stay at home.

Reasonable range in this largish Woolies and handy to upper level carpark. Customer service has always been good. Unfortunately, on the only two occasions we've bought brocolli from the veg section, there was evidence of pest damage.
The self service machine made me pay twice!!!!!! I asked for assistance by showing evidence of paying for the first time then the worker gaslighted me by saying I didn't pay and it's just pending so he made me pay again!!!! then i showed him evidence it came through twice but he kept saying I was wrong. No help, no empathy, very disrespectful.
Not the biggest Woolworths but it has a good bakery, seafood and meat selection. Of course it has everything grocery need for a meal and more. Plenty of self service checkouts and usually one or two registers open. Right in the middle of Westfield Burwood with ramp escalators to the carpark for your trolley.
3 weeks ago I noted several items long out of date I'm talking 3 months!! and still on the shelves. Went back last week and the same out of date items were still there, plus other items. When I pointed it out to staff, I was spoken to quite abruptly, like it was my problem. The last 2 visits there, a staff member has dropped something and closed the aisle to clean the glass away. And nobody on the big checkouts...was forced to use the tiny "8 items or less register' for my whole trolley. Won't be back.
Great availability of items. Very poor customer service - made me feel highly uncomfortable.
I love the one in the plaza. But I also love the 1 in the Westfield got great things 2 sell in dhere.
Watched a customer steal from self serve checkout, told the worker and she did nothing to stop the situation and didn’t even care. Come here if you want free stuff.
