The team and technicians are so helpful. I urgently needed a repair and file recovery, and they did on the day service for me twice. Every person I interacted with was understanding and lovely, and each went an extra mile to help. I was impressed by the customer service and technical service. I highly recommend going in store and I will definitely return here :
Definitely a rubbish store , service was so bad , untrained staff whoever trained them. Went there as Apple support asked me to go as they are highly trained, but it’s a waste of my time, Indian guy didn’t even try to helped me looks like he just want to sell me something! In fact we are Apple users! They are not highly trained by Apple - don’t think so Never again I will come back and never recommend! Staff should go back and be retrained !!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Brought in my Airpods to be serviced under an Apple replacement programme. The shop claimed to have given me "brand new" Airpods, but when I got home found out they'd been paired to a stranger's Apple account. Also took a very long time to return them. When I tried to contact the store about this, they claimed they had nothing to do with it, couldn't help me, and told me to contact Apple myself to get the issue sorted. Remember, this is an issue that only cropped up after I brought the Airpods into their store. Long story short, took in the Airpods to another Apple approved service provider and they were returned very quickly, in perfect condition. Brand new out of the box replacement Airpods that were clean, had been tested and most importantly, NOT PAIRED TO SOMEONE ELSE'S APPLE ACCOUNT. I recommend you go somewhere else for any IT needs. They're not cheap, the service is indifferent to appalling, and I would never trust them with any of my electronic devices again.
I brought my Iphone 13pro as it had hardware issue while on a warranty. My phone is brand new, flawless and in a very excellent condition. I was advised that my phone is ready to be retrieved and they replaced my iPhone 13 pro as they said a new one but then how could it be a new phone when there is scratch on the screen, oily patches at the back. I returned it back and the Indian guy said that Apple might not replace this. This is outrageous as the replacement is not new as they have said. Was there a foul play about this? And until now it has been more than a week, there is no update on my phone and there is no way for me to contact them and they don't even respond to emails. I hope that Apple really need to review this store as one of their Apple certified repair and retail shop as they don't seem to be really one.
Try to get fixed my AirPods pro because of sound issues, and Apple officially covers with the AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues. they said cant help because i not bought from NZ. but i can got fixed from other shop the Apple officially covers. wasted my time!!
Took my AirPod pro in, having issues with sound. Apple ended up replacing them. Took approx 2 weeks. Was concerned about all the bad reviews but was good experience for me. Received ticket number and updates throughout the process too.
Honestly, I think the people giving this place 5 stars are just lying. I sent my laptop to the store because the keyboard wasn't working - I had told them that there was no liquid damage in the computer; then the scumbag employee mentioned that there were some little marks on it and they still charged me with the same price of fixing something that had liquid damage!! That's not all, I had been given an email back telling me about the result of their "inspection" - they didn't even know what was wrong with it facepalm and then sent me a quote for a keyboard replacement - $750.00!! I wasted nearly $200.00 for them to tell me what I already knew about it and just told me to replace the keyboard... Robbery.
Harshita definitely brighten my day when she fixed my iPad. For some reason my iPad decided to shut down and would not switch back on. I've tried for ages finally had to call in the professionals. It took Harshita just a few minutes to fix it for me. I am so glad I didn't have to send in my iPad and wait for days to get it back. Thanks Harshita. Nice and friendly chat too.
Don’t go there. If you are foreigner and you bought wrong product, you won’t be able to get refund. I went there to buy a 35w power adaptor. At the begining the shop assistant said they didn’t have one, and she showed me a 3 in 1 charger. I thought the adaptor would be included, so I bought it without second thought because I had to charge my apple watch and iPhone at the same time. I had a charger, but I left the adaptor at home. After I paid for the product, I suddenly asked her if the charger was included. So, she opened the box and the adaptor wasn’t there. So I asked her if I could get refund, and, then, she started blame me. She told me that I should have more thoughtful, and I needed bank account in New Zealand, because they cannot cancel card transaction with their card machine . I have never seen that kind of place that refuse refund request with that silly reason. I told this to my friends who live in Auckland later, and everyone said the shop had been dishonest.
This place is beyond disappointing. I came in to get my iPhone repaired and they ended up replacing the whole unit. I had to do this around 3 times. The service got worse and worse every single time, same with the iPhones, leading to having to buy a new phone because it was so bad. The customer service wasn’t very efficient and the front staff are very judgey and rude. Ubertec is so much better!!
