Took my water damaged oppo in to see what could be done. Was told to find out phone model then they would see. Went back Monday morning with model type, explained to different person who said they would look and call me back that afternoon. No call so I called on Tuesday around noon and was told that person was out. Left message to be called back with progress. Did not get a call so went in to shop on Wednesday still not having been called. I asked about the lack of contact and got a raft of excuses about being busy and stress. Offered a solution but when I asked about how the communications would go in the future I got another series of excuses and regular interruptions when I started to talk. I lost confidence so said I would not proceed and asked for my phone. Was told it would be put back together. We agreed 3 pm. So four days and four visits to the store later, my phone is in its original condition and I have not received one pro active contact from phone bitz. They have completely forgotten the customer service element of business. I'll never go back and will warn others about how they do business

About a month ago, I took my headphones in and they did a lovely job fixing them up for me. Reasonable price, good turnaround time, service with a smile

they seem to have done a good job with what was needed, cleaning out the dust within the fan, however I had probably around 40-50 tabs all in organised groups across both my school and regular google accounts, these are now gone and will take me a long time to reestablish. I don't know why this happened but I assume it is because they updated the chrome app on my laptop. I did not ask for this to be done, nor did they ask me if they could. In the grand scheme of things it is more of an inconvenience than anything else, however it was upsetting to find my setup of all my documents, websites, and files had be completely wiped. This might be because of them specialising more in phones and tablets, but it just seemed out of place that they would do anything software related when the issue was fully a hardware problem.

I was blown away by our experience at Fonebitz Ltd. Friendly staff who fitted us in and fixed my son's phone immediately at a busy time. They did a brilliant job and even showed me photos of previous bad repairs by another company to the phone. They fixed those repairs as well and were very kind to my son on top of everything. I really thought we were going to have to spend three times as much on a new phone so I am so very happy with their work fixing the i phone xr. Will be going back there. Great people and skilled, trustworthy repairers.

Initially popped in to the Willis St store to get some advice regarding a tablet I though was dead.  Was advised that the battery just needed to be replaced and was given a quote. Accepted quote, dropped tablet in for repair and had back within a week. Always worth asking if anything can be done.  Tablet was headed for landfill so I'm super happy. Great communication, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Graham provided a great phone repair service. The phone needed a new home button and screen so once I dropped it in to be serviced it was ready within a few hours. Communication and service was brilliant. I would definitely recommend and use Fonebitz services again. Thanks so very much for a prompt and friendly service

My old iPhone 6 Plus is now like new again, thanks - amazing service - had it back within an hour, swollen battery replaced, case realigned. Absolutely top class professional work.

Fonebitz were able to remove the information from my broken phone and transfer to the new whereas I had been told by the shop I purchased the new phone from that it wasn't possible. Very helpful and job done quickly. They were excellent to deal with.

I received excellent service at Fonebitz Willis st.   Wellington recently.   The staff were so incredibly helpful and most of all patient with a techno phobic dinosaur such as myself.  I was most impressed that I wasn’t charged for the time   seemed like hours they spent on me, only charging me for the phone I purchased from them.  I will definitely go back there and recommend the place to anyone.

I use Fonebitz a lot, every week or two. The service Mel and the rest of the team provides is always outstanding. Super fast repairs on a variety of iPhones, great communication, easy payment. I could not ask for any better. Thanks for the great work and for being totally 100% reliable
