Previously used a couple of other Wellington Apple specialists. They did the job but these guys were super fast, friendly and all round great service and very detailed assessment. Followed up with great after sales service too will definitely use again.
Went there with my iPhone 12 Pro Max not turning on for hours. While I was explaining the issue to the guy in the front counter, Emily Tech Specialist overheard our conversation and understood that I am in dire need to get the phone turned on. She walked to the front and decided to look my phone when she had tons of work ahead of her and my phone was sorted in a span of 40ish mins. I really appreciate that. Best staff. Will definitely go again. A+ service.
Popped in with my daughters laptop that had a stuck key. The guys fixed it on the spot - which meant my daughter had her laptop for the long weekend. Excellent service…would definitely use them again!

I had a Series 3 Apple Watch that suddenly decided that it didn’t want to divorce its iPhone wouldn’t pair. The fellas at the store on Manners Street were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. After 15 minutes, the watch worked order was restored to the universe. They didn’t even charge! Absolute legends. I would very much recommend their services.
