Did all my Xmas and boxing day there. Good customer service. Price same as online - but I prefer click and collect and found this store more convenient to pick up. They have exclusive parking for customers. So I had to come back to my review to say how disappointed I am. From those Xmas gift I got, one was an apple watch that I sent with family to my sister overseas. The most expensive they had. 😑 Well, they sold me an APPLE ID LOCKED watch. So I actually paid a full price for a second hand product. Thanks guys. I had to go at least twice at the store for little to none help.😡 They had a great idea to return the product (remember the overseas bit)?... Still it's unacceptable their process on selling returned products. Never buying anything there again.

We went here to purchase few electronic items. The customer service was good, the staff had extensive knowledge. The place is accessible by wheelchair. It is disabled friendly. Billing and payment experience was smooth. The pricing was cheaper than other stores.

Fantastic service. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in door and had staff member with us in 2 minutes. Very happy.

Mostly friendly staff, though some are too pushy with their own agendas trying to upsell extended warranties without first listening to the customer. A good variety of products.

Hard to figure out real deals, when HN have varied pricing. On this visit staff members didn't know the prices of advertised sales goods on TV 😣
