The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable, you get the impression that they really enjoy their job. It's great to have JB Hi-Fi as there are fewer and fewer physical shops that offer you the chance to browse a selection of DVDs. And then gave an amazing collection of TV shows spanning many years. Always a pleasure to visit.  Parking: There is a lot of paid parking options nearby.

Helpful staff, the store has 2 ways of getting into it so if you're not a local, be aware of where you parked

Jesse was awesome. He helped me exactly how I needed on the day and was such a lovely interaction; it made my day. Am sorted for life with the right headphones now! Lovely rest of the team as well : Always a pleasure

We enjoyed our visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Did not buy anything, only had a good time browsing.

Just want to change my mind about JB Hi-fi as my experience was what any customer would love to have especially with a smile and when you're looking for certain items and the customer service rep actually places right in your hand  nice and even the checkout operator  thanking you with a smile good work team

Worst service ever, bunch of kids running the shop and no one is interested in helping. They are all scruffy with no uniform. Felt like it was joke store. The shop smells really bad too.

The staff sung me happy birthday when I bought my dream microphone 1 minute before closing!  customer service from this store is fantastic always

The person who served me was super helpful and knowledgeable. It is a much smaller store than the old one, but fits a lot in.

Hire competent employees please. Are they there to help? or stand? and when you ask for help they do the bare minimum.

Really helpful staff. Knows what they are talking about. Pretty affordable price compare to other competitors. The only downfall is that their website suck. You have to come to the store to see or call them for info. For me personally, the website is a bit hard to use. But it might be just me.
