From Adrian’s initial booking to Alex’s flawless coordination and outstanding service by Nathan, Nick, and Jhon, every detail was handled with precision. The room’s beautiful styling, with couches, bar tables, soft lighting, candles, and a wood-paneled bar, created the perfect ambiance.nnCommunication was seamless before and during the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and incredibly plentiful, huge thanks to the talented chefs, as our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Special thanks to Stefan, the security guard, for regularly checking in, ensuring everyone’s safety while having fun and adding an extra layer of care and reassurance.nnAlex’s follow-up message the next day was the perfect finishing touch. The service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality are unmatched. This isn’t our first function here, and we’ll certainly be back. Huge thanks to the entire team for making this milestone celebration unforgettable! Highly recommend the bistro and function rooms!
I've been coming to the Olympic Hotel ever since I was 7-8 years old. I'm now 33 and my family still has functions there xmas, birthdays etc.nIt's a great place to go for all occasions and it is for all ages. They have an indoor playground for the kids. The foods is always delicious and the staff are all lovely. Would highly recommend going there at least once just for lunch or something.
Had my daughters 21st birthday in the 31 below room of the Olympic Hotel on Saturday night it was a fantastic experience, very good food selection and heaps of it.nWhen Adrian says no one will go hungry he is right on the money.nAdrian went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed from the first time we met. The bar and waiter staff on the night were fantastic went out of their way to look after us and all our guests, great DJ as well got the dance floor jumping all night.nI will not hesitate to have another function there will not even look at another place, you won't get better customer service then at the Olympic Hotel.
Thank you to Adrian and the team for putting an excellent function together for my grandmothers wake. I highly recommend the Olympic hotel’s function spaces. The consideration and care that was put into making sure we had a great experience during a difficult time is unmatched. The space itself was beautifully arranged and incredibly comfortable. The special touches were wonderful as well. I cannot recommend the Olympic hotel enough for a function/ event.
A big THANK YOU to the team at Olympic Hotel and a special mention to Adrian for going above and beyond for us! We hosted my dad’s 60th birthday on the weekend and from the moment we booked, Adrian and his team made the process effortless and easy. All our guests were happy and complimented the food and the service we received. We can’t wait to host our next function here and will definitely be recommending to all our friends. Thanks again
