After 4 moths of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and no courtesy calls received, notice a lot of damages (interior and exterior) my insurance company didn't wanted to take responsibility for all 'further damages', I had to spend time and $$$ in a solicitor. 
Very rude staff and zero customer service. 
Am still battling with Insurance to recover good parts that miraculous disappear /got replace with faulty/broken ones. They also over price the job, total scum artists, yes it is 'fraud' Mr O'Brien.

Tim and his team were excellent. Karen in the office was so organised. Paperwork all done.  From NRMA to O'Briens i cannot recommend enough. The whole process was seamless. Excellent customer service. Haven't received this good a service in a long time. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work guys 👆👆

Tried to get a quote to repair my car. They were very rude, told me that my expensive (60k) vehicle wasnt up to the standard of vehicle they usually work on and continually dropped hints that I couldnt afford their services. Dont waste your time!
