I have used Perfect Auto Body years before. I used them again a 2 weeks ago. Their service level and courtesy remains high. The worst repair ever I’ve met in my inter life/ obviously it's rubbish
Me and my husband are extremely pleased with the service we have received from Tracy and Herman. Their attitude was remarkable. Tracy, the lady we met first at the reception, warmly welcomed us. Then my husband phoned her many times. She was always friendly, willing to help us, and she was able to remember him by name and details of our case. Herman, a customer service manager who has taken care of our car, is extremely professional, and my husband get back quickly every time he ring him. We managed to rent a higher car model we were supposed to have. We were so impressed and we felt like in good hands. What a remarkable employees and company !!! I recommend Perfect Auto body for quality and great service.
The service provided by Andrew and his team was outstanding. Andrew and his team were professional and kept me updated with the status of our car at all times. The car was repaired and looks immaculate. It's hard to even tell there was work carried out. I would certainly recommend PAB!

Mercedes Benz sales person told me to go here and it was the best advise! I had some damages on my car and the only repair shop I could find online with NRMA was some random repair shop, luckily I got the tip from the sales person and changed immediately to Perfect Auto Body shop! Dropped my car and got it back in less than 3 weeks in a perfect condition! Thanks again! Really professional auto shop like it should be!
Great customer service by Herman- patient and careful. The repair was done with high quality and delivered within the time promised. When I picked up the vehicle, the car was completely detailed and the inside was vacuum cleaned. Thank you.
