Amazing! I used them via my insurance for a rear ending and they were great. Took less than the original time quoted to repair and they did an amazing job. Great service and communication. A few hiccups with my car repairs authorised by insurance, but nothing that Andrew and the team didn't own up for and couldn't handle. Despite having a few issues, I commend then for their great customer service and quick responses.
I came to Strathfield Autobody to have my car repaired from an accident and I didn't want to use anyone else except Strathfield Autobody made the process so easy and peaceful especially Ahmed was very helpful and it was fast turnaround I got my car back looking like nothing had never happened to it and they took really good care of my car and they clean it inside and outside I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STRATHFIELD AUTOBODY !!!! When I picked my car up I was pleasantly surprised to see how carefully it had been prepared for handover. The repairs were very well done. The colour match is perfect. The car was cleaned inside and out- washed, vacuumed and dusted. All the lovely people I dealt with were thoroughly professional and really helpful. I would certainly recommend this business.
Very happy with repair work to my Holden Cruze. Was very badly damaged in the drivers door and sill which meant both had to be replaced, the old sill section had to cut out and new section welded in. Can't see any seams, the car looks great, the door closes with that nice thump sound. Great work
I had a good experience where I entrusted them to fix my car and they did a wonderful job of fixing the car as well tuning the car which I am liking it. I was worried that they would not be able to tune my Honda CRV as a authorised service provider but they did manage to out perform my expectations. They are also RTA certified independent inspector and post fixing the car for smash and repairs they do also inspect it and certify it. They also do provided a 6 month cover for any issues and asked to see them without any fees involved. My car was under insurance cover and for me it was easy affair and a well informed process. Also team does keep you in loop by providing updates every week as what is happening and when you can expect your car to ready.
Quality work, done on the timeframe they gave and they kept me updated during the process. Good blokes too!
The service here was quick with above my expectations with the customer service they provided. My car was there for an insurance claim and I was extremely surprised with the turn around time and the extra lengths the team went to, to my car back in a very small amount of time.Services: Body & Trim
