I was very impressed how efficiently my insurance claim was handled by my insurer and Autograph Autobody. They kept me up to date through every step and reduced the length of the repair from 6 to less than 4 weeks.

Took my car through insurance, good quick turn around. Told them about bad reviews for how long it takes. They explained parts delays and some models takes months for parts. Thankfully parts for mine were available so the job was done quickly.

Car repaired by Autograph after been referred to via AAMI. I found the team to be professional, easy to deal with and very thorough when describing the process. When I picked up the car they also took me through what had been repaired in detail. Happy with the end result. BradServices: Body & Trim

My previous car insurance company Budget Direct, advised me take my car to this mechanic as they are partnered with them. They seemed decent enough at the time…until I found out they didn’t even fix the damage to my car after hitting a pothole. After driving around in my car for 4 months after they supposedly fixed a wheel alignment issue I took my car to my mechanic for a general service and was advised I actually had a buckled tyre! I’m concerned not only that Budget Direct chooses to send peoples cars to this “reputable mechanic” but that this mechanic does a half-arsed job that could have resulted in a serious accident! I strongly do not recommend this mechanic or Budget Direct.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Worst service imaginable. 2 months to repair my car. They never communicate anything with you. You call and every time they say they will call back they don't. Got car repaired and they resprayed bar and when I went to pick it up it was scratched along with more scratches around vehicle and not to mention they left the interior in disgraceful condition. I refused to pick it up and left it to insurance to take to another repairer. Not to mention I lost 2 days of work due to them screwing me around. Keep away!Services: Body & Trim

The reparis here was impressive and trusted. I was kept informed with the repair status. The car was handed on time and in good condition as a brand new one. Nice work and nice team.

Budget Direct had these guys listed as a repairer so I went with them. Got the car back with a NEW DENT! Repairer showed me photos on his screen that didn't match the ones he sent in an email. Went to a new repairer, who found that they replaced the side panel that took OVER 3 MONTHS to arrive they never asked me permission to order a new part, and ALL THE PANELS AROUND IT WERE MISALIGNED. The repairer said everything was GENUINE ORIGINAL PARTS, but the hub caps weren't, and they even stuck the brand symbol on crooked. There were a million scratches inside the vehicle and on the inner glass windows. The only thing they did well was answer the phone when it rang. Car is worse than when I took it in - CAN'T TRUST THIS REPAIRER.

Pathetic and poor service quality. Please stay away from those guys. My insurance company recommended those guys and it was a big mistake that I accepted their offer. They will hold your car for weeks for no reason and the work quality is just pathetic. The paint quality they have is easily noticeable. I waited for more than three weeks to get my work done and each time I called them, they made lame excuses and fake promises that your car would be ready this Friday and then next Friday. Even after waiting for so long, they left some work undone in a hurry. I will never ever recommend those guys to anyone again.Services: Body & Trim

Been hearing about how my girlfriends tyre has been ‘flat’ for months, even after taking the car here for a service. After taking the car to a different mechanic, low and behold she was right, buckled rim. I’ll never hear the end of it. Thanks for nothing guys.
