It was so good to have a smash repair shop that looks after luxury cars of all brands in the inner west.
Last time my car was towed to chatswood.

Took my X5 to The BMW Bodyshop, in Regatta Rd, to seek help in removing my mag wheel locking nuts as I had misplaced the lock nut tool. The team here were very approachable & went out of their way to be of assistance. Thank you to you all, good old fashioned customer service.

This is the only shop in the inner west that repairs all luxury cars,BMW,MERC,PORSHE,LAMBORGHINI,FERRARI,RANGE ROVER,AUDI.
The best trades people I have seen,really care for your car and you.

keep away from them , they will tell you your car will finish in 10 and then you will get it in 1 month 
they did  painting  job on my car and they damaged:
the driver side window 
my center locking 
the job was terrible 
 after i picked up my car i found out it's not locking i toke the car to BMW to find out the problem... they told me it need a part that cost 7870$ to get it from Germeny and to get it fixed will cost around 10,000$ ! 
i call contacting them back many times and i told about the problem... they told me i was like that from before!! 

anyway after spending time and money and toke the car to many repairers,
i fixed it my self and it was that they didn't connect the center locking back after when they finished spraying the Car! and the window i  get it fixed and  cost 892$ 
that's my experience with them 
if you want to do business with them make sure you show them your car things are all working and make them sgin
