A zero star rating for this place is well deserved. I took my car to these guys after it was approved by my insurer, initially they had no idea that I was supposed to bring the car for an assessment and they blamed the insurer for not contacting them. 8 weeks later still cant get a booking to bring in the vehicle for repairs, called twice this week to query the delay, I was promised a call back each time and no one ever returned calls and finally I contacted them today only to find out that they haven't sent the quote to the insurer after 8 weeks of the vehicle being assessed. In summary it is a bunch of dodgy people who own and run this business.
Assured me the repair would start within the week. 5 weeks later and too many calls to count the car was finally finished. The overall quality was ok at best. A passing smash repairer was able to accurately pin point what had been repaired due to the panel gaps and overall workmanship. When I went to pick up the car they were to lazy to show me what had been repaired as they were having lunch and didn't want to be disturbed.
I see that many customers have given 5 stars Unfortunately, I have had a not so good experience My car was damaged at no fault of mine at a worst possible time My daughter was getting married in two months. I thought, this was good and genuine reason to request the BPS autonomy to do everything possible in their power to repair the car ASAP However, for BPS my issue had the least of their concern. They continued to tell me that the parts were on back order for my Tesla However, I discovered that BPS has not been honest in advising me I called Tesla spare parts section to complain about non availability of the parts From what the Tesla replied, it was clear to me that BPS has been sitting on the parts for nearly two weeks THEY WASTED TWO WEEKS in the repair of my car. After two weeks they realise that Tesla has not set all the parts So they had to place another order. When the remaining parts were delivered by Tesla, BPS tells me that Tesla have sent the wrong parts Based on the past experience with BPS, I am very much certain that Tesla did not sent the wrong parts BPS must have ordered the wrong parts. As a result of all this, I did not have my Tesla during my daughters wedding I had to travel from Sydney to Melbourne and back in a compact rental car . As soon as I returned from daughters marriage, I received my Tesla. ONLY IF THEY HAD NOT WASTED THOSE PRECIOUS TWO WEEKS. I could have used my own Tesla for my travel for such an important function in the family I am so so upset at BPS and feel so helpless at the same time.
Happy I chose these guys to fix the damages on my car. From beginning to end these guys were great help! From the guys outside to the ladies at reception, they were very helpful. Ive never been in an accident before so the ladies helped me out ALOT when my insurance company couldn’t. They also kept me updated via text. On top of all that they also cleaned inside and outside of my car AND also topped up my tank! Highly recommend these guys!!!Services: Painting
Just want to say a massive thank you to the BPS Autobody team. Right from the start they were honest with the timeframe that it would take to repair my toyota corolla and delivered it accordingly. They also went above and beyond by providing me with a replacement car free of charge whilst my car was being repaired over a 2 week period. Not only that, when it was time to pick up my car I noticed that they had washed it inside and out free of charge which was more than I could have asked for. Great service and quality of finish. I would recommend BPS Autobody to anyone who is looking for a smash repairer in Sydney.

Repair job was through insurance and I chose BPS after seeing good reviews. My recent experience was, fast turn over and professional customer service. I was kept up to date via Sms in terms of repair status. My car was returned to me clean and tidy. Overall a good service, would recommend Thanks team
