Absolutely disgusting service An old guy hit me at the back. My car has been taken to Trans-Pacific SR by insurance company for repair. What they did is they repaired only the bumper bar which had scratch and damage but not the damage on the wall (just behind the bumper bar). Not even they align the bumpber bar with the backlights. The disalignment looks very odd and it is very clear their poor standard of repair. The story does not finish here. They caused new damage to my car. They opened up the carpet in my boot and didn't close properly and left them opened and delivered the car to me. I reported immediately with relevant pictures. I took my car back to them. They fixed opening only one side and returned the car to me without repairing the other side. The manager keep insisting it is okay to leave the little gap, it is normal....and the list goes on. I didn't agree and finally took my car back again. Again did little repair and got back to me with existing damage and keep insisting me with the same sort words... it is normal, it should be as it is although I clearly see the gap. It is a disgusting service I have ever received. What most pained me was their poor quality of work and they wasted lot of my valuable time in this process.
