Replacing FJ cruiser front windshield is very tricky, I had an small noise after replacing the front windshield of my FJc in O'Brien, after weeks I checked everything but couldn't find the source of noise, so I came back to the O'Brien, they did the road test and made an appointment for meeverytime replace FJ front windshield needs new buckles and a new upper trim  , and they solved my noise issue perfect today! Much appreciated it, and highly recommended

Excellent service from first inspection to new windscreen installation, including all the insurance claim aspects.

Helpful staff and another great job.They even went above and beyond with the added effort to help me out on new years eve with the job of my utes back window and it slightly blowing out into overtime with the tray having to be removed from the chassis for clearance. Can't thank them enough for their excellent work.  Cheers guys.

Rang as interior mirror fell off inside of windscreen after windscreen repair in Perth. Wanted mirror re attached but was told that they Never attach mirrors again.!! A Very Strange Man who was not at all helpful and  said he does not drive a car. A sad indictment of a very large Company. ! Had to go elsewhere.

Called up and was quoted $750 for a windscreen replacement. Ended up getting it done at windscreen territory for $400

not good, made out they had a deal through our insurance, When there quot was way higher than another place with no insurance deal.

Great service, on time to take the vehicle off me, then was ready earlier than estimated. Gave clear instructions to care for their work post-install and advised of the warranty.  Thanks team O’Brien Darwin

Relatively easy to go through the phone system. Great actual service to repair the windscreen, bit slow in sending the final invoice copy.
