Real nice ladies and nice to deal with
Trying to Rip off without informing the customer without any reason. Was really upset. When i left the rental car staff told me everything is alright and will get the security money back with in 3 business days, but they charged me 23.92$ without informing and when i asked reason they said was i drop the car exceeding more than one hour as i live 5mins walking distance to AVIS in Smith St. Really unhappy with dishonesty shown. Think before you choose.
This company is an absolute disgrace. Offered an upgrade for $150 which I agreed to I was told that would be the max. Total amount when I returned the car was $550 more than what they quoted, tagged on extra charges and fees they never told us about. Will never ever use them again and have told all others not to! Avis you are an absolute disgrace and you need to train your employees to disclose all costs! Rented through a different company in Broome a day later will never use you again
