Look, you get what you pay for! All car hire in Darwin is expensive and the distances are far - we got stung for extra km fees over $200 worth. Car was a beat up 2008 Camry which had obviously been flogged - with over 200,000 on the clock, bald tires, dents all over, no central light, no USB port and bits falling off all over it think sun visor, seat back pockets, side mirrors faulty ........... the list goes on but you get my drift. This car obviously doesn't owe them anything after 14 years but it sure didn't represent money well spent. We were also promised a lift to the airport upon return however this didn't happen as the girl was "waiting for some more customers to arrive".

Very affordable and comfortable vehicle Mitsubishi ASX. Great support from the JJ's team when the car had a minor issue. They also kindly dropped us off at the airport for our return flight. Thanks Wayne!

The whole process was easy, the staff fantastic, communication spot on the whole time & the car was great! Thanks to the team at JJ's.  Definitely using these guys next time.

James goes above and beyond with customer service and he really cares about your needs. Since the beginning he was answering all my doubts very fast. The booking process was simple and efficient. My flight was changed last minute and he even sent a staff after hours so I could collect the car straight from the airport on good Friday. Who does that? 100% recommended.  The car was very clean and with fresh smell. Also very comfortable and reliable car.

The only reasonably affordable car rental place in Darwin, at least during the wet. Exceptional customer service, went out of their way to accomodation me. Car itself was good, but definitely not new, but it suited me and for the money I will not complain.
