V. Disappointing. Didn’t do job booked in for. Charged me $$ for work already done elsewhere. Very poor communication by all, especially “Stewie” the owner. Doesn’t call back or answer emails. Told me he’d sort something out then ghosted me. Two weeks I’ve been trying to reach him to sort this out.
Got quotes between $160 & $225 to do a simple job on my 2.4ltr honda accord & all fixed within 20 minutes for $55 by this professional organisation will recommend to anybody cheers job well done
Needed to have my car inspected for rego, and staff were friendly. Great value for money and they were even able to drop me to work in the morning when I dropped off my car. I had an easy and extremely painless experience. I’ll definitely go back and have already recommended them to friends!
After being told by Hidden Valley Ford another garage in Darwin that we either needed a new clutch or slave cylinder and being advised we should scrap the vehicle due to its age we went to Bryan, John and the team for a second opinion! And aren’t we pleased we did! As soon as we spoke to John he knew what it was and told us he’d get us back on the road, within the hour the van was running like new. We then decided to have the vehicle serviced and the feedback from this also felt honest and genuine. Do not go anywhere else in Darwin, these guys are friendly, so experienced and genuinely want to help. Cannot rate them highly enough! Thank you Professionals’ Choice Automotive!
Had alternator issues when driving across the country. Bryan and his team were on to it on the first day of business and had us on our way by 2pm. We did have it fail a week later, but a measure of how good a business is, is how they handle issues when things go wrong. We got the alternator replaced under warranty with little fuss and handled smoothly all whilst we were in Kununurra getting it replaced. Well done.
Just did a drive from Darwin to Perth in a 2007 Toyota Yaris. Had it checked out by Professional Choice before leaving. They have maintained the vehicle for the last 2years.
