Avoid at all cost!! I had some air bag (suspension) issues with my Land Cruiser Prado Grande. I was advised by the owner to replace the full suspension/shocks with a GXL (no airbags). Total cost quoted was about $2500. So essentially it was paying $2500 and getting my car downgraded to GXL from Grande (top of the range). Did some research and found LN&S shocks and suspension in Berrimah.  They fixed the leaking airbag for under $300. Issue resolved forever. 
Similarly Phil Kerr over filled my Mercedes Benz engine oil. The car sensor issued an alert on high temperatures. Spoke with Phil Kerr, all blame was put on Car sensor and then German technology (of being too sensitive to notice mistakes of idiot mechanic like Phil kerr). Anyways no compensation was offered, not even a single apology. 
This Service center (owner himself) gives wrong advises and insists on his theory. And his rudeness sometimes is just an icing on the cake. So please avoid this service station at all cost.
