These guys are great, I was only let down once by them but managed to get a favorable resolve once I went in and spoke to the guys. They are pretty honest when it comes to repairs unlike a lot of businesses up here that see Darwin as a quick cash grab.  Service has always been fast and the staff friendly, i'd recommend these guys to just about anyone.

Incomplete work done as we booked a car service here one week in advance because we knew we desperately needed a new rear tyres. They just changed the oil and provided a report showing the tyres are in very bad condition but did’t replace them although we said multiple times it’s No.1 priority for us. The oil would be ok for another thousands kilometers but they failed to meet this only need we had while ignorantly answered they were ‘too busy with other cars and we should come back again another day’. Completely unacceptable service, we paid $350 and the result was emergency breakdown a day later due to fully worn rear tyre! Stay away because these guys can’t care less :

I have brought my car to Paul's Service a few times and I always had a prompt and excellent service, they are always really busy but they still find the time to have a quick look at the car with their computer. Keep up the good work

Very unhappy with the recent service. Wasn’t done on time and really poor quality of work, including over tighten oil bolt. The owner is very arrogant and doesn’t want to take any responsibility. Can’t recommend this place for service or anything else.
