Dear NRMA thanks to calling me a liar just i don't take pictures of my car daily..... i don't need to hear SORRY.  just waited to hear no we don't know what happened with your gear but we're very happy to point finger to someone else. And it's writen on fine print.

NRMA is not bad, however Suncorp is a tick cheaper for better coverage. Overall, every insurance is the same, they increase the premium from year to year for less coverage and for no reason at all.
