I had a discussion with Ying about our old plan. She was so helpful and HONEST too about the pros and cons of Bupa's Cover and others. A delight to deal with.

Went there Thursday the 29th around midday to make a claim. The lady who was 'helping' me could not have been more rude. She had an aggressive demeanour and was condescending in her tone from the very beginning. She acted as if I was a nuisance, even though I had a very basic request. In the end, I left with my concern/claim unresolved and a ruined afternoon. I didn't get her name, but she was younger, brunette, with an Islander look. Avoid her! See Simon instead if you go in. He's great at his job and actually wants to help people.

Dakshin Mukkavilli was most helpful in processing our claim and recommended we update our policy which we did . It now covers us for more extras

Do not get health cover with bupa. They will fight you over the tiniest dental claim. Horrible customer support.
