Medibank sunnybank RUDE customer service! We were there to close our account, you would think the representative would try and keep us with them or ask questions, instead he was more worried about the next customers after us, who were asian (not racial, a fact). After he finished with the customers before us, he knew we were next due to our wait time was 15mins and the only customers in the store, he saw us there, and the customers after us just walked in 5 mins before he finished with those before us. He went straight to the customers that just walked in and was going to tend to them first, he looked at us and said who was next after going straight to them. He was more concerned about them when he was with us. He wasn't concerned about why we were closing our account meanwhile constantly looking over his shoulder at them, and once we closed the account, we asked and made sure we will receive a certificate of closed policy, and he wasn't listening he just kept saying "it's closed" and numerous times we had to explain to him what we were asking, and he just didnt understand due to the fact he wasn't listening or cared. He was trying to get rid of us, only in the end he said "oh you will get a closed policy letter in the mail", (hands up in the air) we turned to him and said thats what we were asking you rude prick! *hated his service. Left a sour taste in our mouth about Medibank private (sorry). Glad we left!

lodged a form to claim an extra for contact lenses of $248 for year ending 2016. the case is handle by so called senior consultant Alex Yu n i only get back a mere $50. i have been with medibank for more than 15 years n i know my position in this regard. alex u know what u are doing n u know the rebate amount u given is not right n deceiving the public. beware every body, lady n gentlemen. wtf. wayne yaw. 23/31 dec 2016
