We had our car broken into - the window was smashed. We contacted RAC to get the window repaired. Novus Auto Glass came to fix the window in two days and we were told that a guy who does the tinting of the window will contact us in couple of days. No phone call in 4 days so I rang Novus. I was told that it may take up to two weeks to get it fixed. I waited two weeks - no phone call. So I called again... I was told that someone will get in touch very soon as they taken the paperwork. I asked for the guy's phone number so I could organise a date and time for the window to get fixed. I was told that they don't have his number and I need to wait. So I waited another week - still no answer. It's been almost a month and still no phone call from anyone at Novus to get this fixed. I'm very very disappointed in their customers service. I will not use you again. Shame RAC does not deal with a company who looks after their customers better!!!

Price is competitive, but the installer is rude. After they finish replacing our windows, we saw, it have a glue on the windows which it's very hard to clean, so we ask them help to clean it. They look upset, first they try to use clothes to clean it but it doesn't come out because the glue is very sticky then they walk back to the car to get the spray and they didn't clean them all still have some spot left. We dont want to argue with them for asking them to clean up their job, so we just let them go. We will go to bunnings buying a spray and clean it by ourselves if you dont want to do job, please dont come. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. this will be my last time that we use their service.

Don’t waste time calling other overpriced companies. Novus Auto Glass is professional, punctual and with the best price all around the city. I have spared 180$ with them compared to other quotes of different companies. I will recommend this business to everyone. Thanks Novus

Unbelievable service. I went to their competitor and was quoted THREE times the amount as Novus. They arrived ontime, great honest service & lifetime warranty. Cannot fault them. Business done right!!

Definitely 5 star , The girl who took my call gave me a upfront price ( from the make and model I provided ) while others rang me back with a price that was almost double , Job was done at my home by professional who arrived at the time I was told , excellent will definitely recommend
