I was in a panic as the car had a jump on the freeway, and the automatic transaxle light came on last night. Searching for somewhere I could take the car to today and a few places were too busy. Brett, a temp manager, was reassuring, friendly and helpful. They did a diagnostic, reset the computer and test drove her and the fee was appropriate I felt and I can go back to work tomorrow! Addendum .... The problem did come back the next day, and I had to take it to a transmissions specialist, so a wasted $125 in the end :Service: Auto engine diagnostic
I am a bit half half with these guys. It is easy to book in and complete in a timely manner. Funny thing is , last service I took my car in and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I then got called to say that I needed a number of things done of which, I declined. The car is not old and has been regularly serviced, by them, with no concerns. One of them was "your fog light globe needs replacing." I said no. The moment I drove out of the service, my "fog light out" warning light came on. I found it strange as I drive everyday, never seeing this light before and yet, all of a sudden and on que "fog light out" warning light comes on after I'm told it needed replacing. I am not a mechanic so I don't know it just seemed a bit of a ...suss coincidence? Due to me not being a mechanic and not knowing, I think my next service will be done somewhere else. Simply because I don't know and just got a funny feeling.Service: Oil change
First time customer. Thank you so much to Chad and the team yesterday for fitting me in asap to fix my broken tail light indicator. They replaced not one, but two bulbs professionally and quickly! I'll definitely be back for any future servicing. Thanks again

Had a couple of major services done here on my Ford Focus XR5 now and each time they have been great. I am pretty fussy with my car and have been very impressed. Work completed quickly, as requested and correctly first time and found a couple of issues I was not aware of. Pricing has been far better than the previous services and quotes from Ford and elsewhere. Cheers again to Danny and the team
We've had two bad experiences in a row now. I don't trust that they've done the work they report to have done. The first was when we dropped our car in for a service, only to get it back not finished, with the service not logged / warning indicators not reset in the car computer, and the indicators not fixed. It made me highly suspicious that the service wasn't systematic, because i would have thought ticking all the boxes would ensure the job was done. The paperwork was also not forthcoming, and when I finally got it a few weeks later after asking, it didn't really tell me what had been done, as it ticked items that clearly were not checked, such as our bilaterally leaking front suspension. The second was our return to have a driving sound investigated, the indicators addressed and the car service logged in the computer. They didn't even test drive first to diagnose, they just changed the brakes, then when I brought it straight back, said "yeah, I noticed that yesterday, its a wheel bearing" before looking at me blankly. It was still an $800 visit, and yes, the brakes needed to be done soon, but I would have preferred to be able to fix the outstanding issue, and get the brakes done when I was ready. It's disgraceful to not even test drive the car before to diagnose the problem, or worse, to test drive it, but do the wrong job anyway. The boot had been pulled apart to access the blinkers, and left the panels pulled out and the boot a mess, with my first aid kit open and out across the boot floor. When I brought it to the manager's attention, no apologies or embarrassment, just told me "that's from when we were looking at your indicators". I've given them 2 stars because in the past they've been ok, and I've always found them to be polite... but I won't be going back there, and we're typically very loyal with mechanics.
If you don't know much about cars don't go here. I went for a standard service and instead of around $200 I had to pay $500. I definitely don't trust that they will just do what is needed for your car and they will take advantage of unknowing customers. It's my fault for not being educated enough to question that changing the break fluid and air filter is not part of a standard service and does cost extra but I will not come back to a company that violates the trust I put into an expert to carry out only necessary maintenance.
