Drastically disappointed. I had the severe displeasure dealing with them. The reception staff is dishonest and unwilling to do her job. She will do and say whatever to get away. I had dropped off my car 2 say prior to scheduled day. However that was pointless as the car was not started to work on 3 days after scheduled day so the car was on lot without being worried on for 5 days. Then the repair was rushed and caused a seperate damage to the bumper that is was meant to be fixed. After not hearing from them since they had the car for 8 days, where I was told the car is almost completed just needs a paint job. But then the day later I received a text that the car needs to stay longer for another week to order new part. When I called in and politely wanted to get clarity, I was hung up on and my alles got avoided by Jess. Who also said that they will not repair my car and her incompetence caused strive with her colleague. I unfortunately could not wait an extea week for my car to be repaired to fix their mistake, so I picked up the car is it was initially scheduled and I that I would get a call once the part has arrived. That call I have not received. They received their funds and as their staff said they will not repair my car even though they damaged my car.
This company over-books itself constantly, with up to 45 cars in the lot, with customers waiting sometimes for months on end.nnOver-booking means being rushed, resulting in poor finishes, missed obvious mistakes I could see easily, but the inspector couldn't, numerous paint flows indicating unprofessional repairers and unacceptable inattentive inspections, over and over again, including rubbish attention to detail resulting in having to bring my car back time and time again, only to once again be disappointed to the point of being totally pissed off. Even complaints to the owner didn't result in anything changing. My car went in the last time with a back grille and came out with a chrome grille from another model Commodore. Each time this happens and the car has to be taken back because of their appalling standards of quality and pride in their workmanship, meant I had to pay for Uber rides multiple times to get to the premises.nnJust this week, the 16th of December 2024 I picked up my car only to find white powder or paint residue over the drivers seat, the floor matt and the door trim. The time before that my back rim and tyre was covered in some sort of white sludge which a young guy found very difficult to remove. Again, no one else saw it in spite of its obviousness. They just don't appear to care.nnI'm not sure what's going on there, but I could not in any way recommend you going there to get your car repaired. If what I experienced over 12 months of going back and forth, was a one off, then I could understand. But the disgraceful way they finish off cars is embarrassing, with shoddy work which I saw every time my car was in there for work to be done.
My car has been in their workshop over 3 months now.nI have been called two times to collect the car just to discover very poor repair quality and back lights not fully working will add more detailed review with the pictures later. Now they are apparently waiting for the trunk lights to come from Germany. I have asked them why it takes many months to order these lights - they replied that they didn’t check if the lights work not testing rear lights on a car that has been rear ended? Go figure..nAlso when they called me to pick up the car TWICE my car struggled to start because the battery is drained from frequent starts and not getting charged this leads to battery sulfation and will most likely result replacing it.nNot to mention that my always garaged car has been out in the direct sunlight with this heat.nI have sent company admin two e-mails regarding to my car which have not been replied.nI am deeply dissapointed with the whole process and I think it has completely gone out of reasonable timeframe.
I’ve dealt with TC Classics through my insurance on several occasions; first after another driver hit my car, and more recently due to water and electrical damage caused by improper storage from a third party. On every occasion, the staff at TC Classics have gone out of their way to provide top notch service. They have been extremely communicative, thorough, and friendly throughout each step of repairs, and I’d absolutely recommend them.
