I am the owner of new Mazda 3. Someone was reversing and they hit my left back door but I didn’t have any witnesses. When I  phoned my insurance I was told that when I lodge the claim it will take 2-3 weeks for them to book the repair and will be without a car minimum a weeks.  I live relatively close to HI- Lite and I approached the owner Pasquale . He gave the me quite a bit higher then my excess and told me that my car will be ready in 1-2 days.  That is what happened and the result was simple amazing. I can say that you cannot see that the door was damaged at all. When I came to pick my car the following day, He gave me a small bottle of touch up paint.   Thank you Pasquale for your honesty and excellent work.    Vanesa

I had the pleasure of meeting Pasquale at my shop in Coventry Village when he stopped by to purchase bed sheets. He introduced me an owner of Hi-lite Automotive Body repair and left a business card to me.  After a couple of weeks later I had a car accident and Pasquale was the first person I thought to contact, having received his business card during our initial meeting. He promptly invited me to visit his workshop, and upon arrival, I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and the expertise of his team.  Pasquale went above and beyond to alleviate my stress during this challenging time. Not only did he provide a comprehensive tour of his well-equipped workshop, but he also arranged for a hire car during the repairs and efficiently handled all dealings with my insurance company.  The speed at which he repaired my car surpassed my expectations, quality of the repairs and paint work was excellent. They also buff the whole car even though it wasn't part of accidental damage but it came out brand new whole car. This reflecting his commitment to quality service. I obtained a number of expensive quotes from other panel beaters to fix some damage to my Mitsubishi Triton ute. I also contemplated shipping a second hand tailgate from the eastern States, which was risky.  Instead, I tried Hi-Lite Automotive Body Repairs based on Google reviews. I’m very happy I did. Pasquale provided a far more competitive quote than any other panel beater. Not only that but his team went over and above in fixing my car. The quality of the workmanship of his team was genuinely outstanding. The repair was immaculate and my ute looks brand new! I’d definitely use Hi-Lite again and recommend it to others. Service and outcome was spot on.  Manager Pasquale was transparent, honest and helped out a lot on the price as I was low on cash.  They did an amazing job with the car, the price was higher than quoted but granted they did their job properly and did not cut corners. Would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking to get their car looking new again.  They take good care of you and your pocket, and, they do a great job, can't ask for much more

Dropped in to get a quote to have some repair work done on my new hilux based on previous good reviews at this shop. Spoke with Pas and he explained clearly what work would be required and was flexible and transparent to deal with.  Pas guided me through the insurance claim process and my car came out looking as good as new. Would recommend to others and will be coming back to Pas for any future jobs.

Pasquale and his team really looked after me and did a brilliant job on my car.  He was flexible with timing as I needed to pick my car up before the job was completely finished, so he willingly accommodated this and re-booked it in for when it suited me. He offers friendly, efficient and high quality service for very competitive rates.  I highly recommend Hi-Lite as a body repairer. My car is looking brand new again!

To Pasquale the owner of Hi Lite Automotive Body Repairs, have just received my car back and I am left completely speechless, the car looks ten times better than what it looked like when I bought it. It took a little longer than expected but in saying this, there was abit more work to be done on the car but Pasquale has amazing ethics and is a very fair person who went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the results. He always puts his clients first before money as evident through the process of getting my car done, this really shows what sort of a person Pasquale is because he wants to make sure his clients are very happy and satisfied. Thanks to Pasquale & his team at Hi Lite  my Mazda 3 was repaired & not written off by my Insurance, I opted to get a quote & repairs from Hi Lite, the accident was just before Christmas  & my car was ready for pickup early Feb, the workmanship was great & Pasquale was friendly and helpful, following up my insurance reimbursed the cost of repairs, which I'm happy to report was returned in full eventually...

He helped me with my car, which had several issues, in a very professional manner. Pasquale was very honest with me the whole way through. Although the car took longer to finish than initially anticipated due to market constraints, Pasquale provided me with a hire car and not once did I feel like I was displaced.
