If I could rate them higher I  would. This busisness truly exemplifies the true meaning of  customer service.
I recently had my car repaired following an accident. From the first contacts with Sarah and Nola  and there were many (due to insurer delays) to picking up my vehicle I  was always kept informed, spoken to with respect, empathy and understanding.
The entire team would have to be the most professional, courteous, friendly group I've  ever dealt with.
The standard of repairs was of the highest quality, completed on time and on pickup my car was spotless inside.
Needless to say should I ever have the misfortune of needing smash repairs in future these guys would be my go to business.
Thank you Team Balcatta you are absolutely amazing.

Took my car in for a small rust repair under the bonnet which, so far, appears to have been done well, but ended up with multiple tiny white dots on the bonnet. This damage resulted from buffing to remedy large swirl scratches that I discovered on the bonnet when I went to collect the vehicle. The car was also covered in dust which, to me, was a lack of respect and very poor customer service. I guess a small private job, where you don't have to impress insurance companies, doesn't rate a 'care factor'. My MISTAKE, I chose the wrong repairer!

We picked our car up today and were very impressed with the excellent job done by the guys at Balcatta Panel & Paint! Someone had backed into our car, but now it looks like new again, all polished & shiny. I was impressed with how quickly Bryan did a quote for me when I first rang them. He said: "Come on down and I can do it for you now"! (The other company I rang had given me a date three days later, just to get a quote.) My husband and I both felt very happy with the good communication we received from them and for the way they were happy to answer any questions we had about details.

Took my car here to get some minor works done, Friendly and helpful staff, Great knowledge on the service they provide,  Excellent communication, there were some issues with a particular part involved in the repair, and I was given not only daily updates on the situation and progress, but also free use of the loan car for 2 days, they even gave the car a wash and cleaned the interior. Very impressed and Happy, Highly recommend Bryan, Sarah and the rest of the team at Balcatta Panel and Paint.
