It was so frustrating dealing with this repairer. 
Took them 7 weeks to send a quote to my insurer and they booked an appointment with the Insurance Assessor to assess my car but didn’t inform me. I was also told by one of their staff members to go to another car repairer because my car was a write-off and they will not get any money from it. 

I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had the cause to return to Bowra Panel & Paint for some private work after remaining accident free for many years. I noticed it was under different proprietorship and met the current owner who was friendly.

I ended up booking my car in for some repairs and picked it up a week later.  At home I took a closer look at the repairs, colour match to rest of car and any imperfections. I noticed signs of paint overspray on the car's hood which may be minor but at the same time signs of a poor repair.

I then caught sight of how dirty my car was both inside and out and would have thought this small step to wash and vacuum after repair completed would be done by any reputable shop.

Next, I checked on all my electrical components and found the RHF wing mirror no longer worked and my new Kenwood stereo had plenty of grubby fingerprints on the stereo interface and my settings changed. 

I can accept minor irritations but when it gets more in-your-face and rude such as the fuel tank cover tether missing its clip and just hanging there limp and my drivers external door handle becoming detached after a few months of use then that's unethical.

This business has gone downhill since ownership change and created more problems for me so they are in my mind are crooked!

I used Bowra Panel and Paint to fix my car that had been hit by someone else. They were very helpful and kind enough to even drop me off to work. close by.
