Attempted to repair our car twice. Customer service and staff were fantastic very friendly. Unfortunately the attention to detail was poor on both attempts.

Such kind people!!!  I would 100000% recommend G&C Delaporte.  My husband and I stopped by after someone hit out car door in a grocery parking lot.  Although they require appointments for quotes, someone gladly came out to take a look at the car.  He immediately offered to fix the problem and came back 10 minutes later with a functional car door!!  No charge.  Thank you x 1,000,000!!!  We are so happy we ended up here.

Rude staff. Did not engage in conversation. Apparently, they were too busy! They could not fit my car in for repair until the end of November this was 2 weeks ago, so there was not much point making an appointment for an estimate. After my visit to Delaporte, on that very same day, I got a text from Delaporte asking me to phone them to get an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate.   I can not understand that one !! My car is getting repaired at Fletchers Smash Repairs, and they have been excellent with their communication and service.

Took a Toyota Corolla with damaged front bumper.. the guys did a really good job with the repair. Was impressed, no overspray evident. Inside of the car was nice and clean. Car cleaned prior to pick up. Will definitely use these guys again..

Had my car repaired here recently through RAC claim. The guys have done an amazing job and the car came back immaculate. Was very happy with the work and would recommend going here in the future.

Greg Delaporte and his staff are very friendly, willing to listen and understand the customers situation,  Willing to answer any questions you may have.  G & C Delaporte have being my panel beaters for many years, i no i can trust them as they treat my car like it is there's - like if your involved in an accident and the car gets towed to there business they call you to get the details they need for insurance, ask how you areif the car is badly damaged.  Extremely friendly, non pushy and understanding Panel Beater.  I have  referred  friends of mine to this Panel Beater as they always do a fantastic job.  5 Stars is not enough.

Professional from start to finish. I had an insurance claim to repair rear bumper and tow ball. They said 4 days and was completed early. The work was top notch and as a bonus they noticed a couple of other panels that needed a cut and polish to fix some marks on the paint and fixed them at no cost. People are quick to criticize, but more people should praise the good work when they're happy. Thank you Delaporte ABR. This is the 3rd time we've used you and will come back next time.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Car repairs done but wait is too long. Free Rac loan car is the attraction but you are treated like a number, in and out , no customer service except loan car guy spend time with you . Could improve with customer service instead of fast food service!
