Took my ute there. 12 months later the paint is fading. I complained and they polished it for me but shortly after it faded again. I took my Nissan Patrol there, before I noticed the paint on the ute fading. They cannot source aftermarket parts ie Spare wheel spacer. I had to buy it for them. Went to pick up vehicle and had to wait over an hour. When it was finally ready I had to knock it back because the spare wheel was still bent just as much as when I took it in to them. I took the vehicle but had to bring it back again to get it fixed properly. A lot of running around for me. My Patrol received scratches on the bonnet while it was in their workshop. Very poor workmanship. Don't take your vehicle here if you want a good job.

Had a terrible experience at this repairer. My brand new 5 week old car went in, as the rear end had been smashed. On collecting my car, it was scratched from the front to back. They had used some type of brush or buffer on my car and left my brand new car completely scratched all over. And the boot lever was not repaired. Management were extremely rude and hostile and treated me with very little respect and spoke down to me. The eventually agreed that they could see the scratches but after a very long winded discussion. My car then had to be taken to (another smash repair company at my request as I would not let these people touch it again). The other company was extremely professional and have fixed my car for me, and it looks wonderful again. I would keep away from taking you car to these amatuer's. Admin staff are lovely, but the Management and repairs are disgraceful.
