Certainly did not have a good first impression with the receptionist. It was my first time calling them through the phone to ask them one simple question and she responded in a rude way like she was annoyed with me. And before she hanged up she said "thanks" with no genuine emotion. I can understand that being a GP receptionist could be an emotionally draining job. But honestly though, I suffer from severe anxiety and I tried to be really patient and polite, but in return I got the opposite attitude. And I felt dishearten afterwards. Now I don't want to make an appointment there anymore.

Professional service. Easy to book. No bad experiences.

Quick and easy to park. See Dr. Pathology and radiology at one place. Even a Urologist. And have hadgreat service at all of them.

Boyd Williams was the most condescending Doctor I have ever been too. Did not take my symptoms seriously. Have sought second opinion elsewhere and finally gotten the help I needed.
