North Harbour Ford

Posting on behalf of my mum! We went to North Harbour Ford looking for a new car for my mum. The team were very helpful and patient with us! They helped with all my questions and queries, including giving us different financing options. I would definitely recommend them when purchasing a new car. A smooth and easy process making our new purchase a fun and enjoyable one!

The older sales men needs to retire and let new young blood in to the job that are not so judgmental or how one may a pair to them in regards to how much money you may have. The sales person Rob was disinterested in helping us and it was like talking to a piece of hard cardboard !! . I will purchase my car at another Ford not this one

Don't buy from these guys. I bought a Focus ST off this dealership. Paid $27000 plus $3000 on trade in for my old car. Noticed the hand brake slipped when parked on a hill so took it in for a service and asked specifically that they tighten/fix the handbrake. Subsequently parked in my driveway with handbrake fully engaged. Half an hour later heard the crash as the (supposedly fixed) handbrake failed and the car crashed through my garage door. Net result...$400 excess on the damage to the car and $400 excess on the claim to replace the garage door. My insurance accepts that North Harbour are to blame and 3 months on are still trying to recover the costs...apparently they are ignoring them in the hope it will just go away. Could have been a very different story if our baby was in the backseat. These guys really need to do better. They charge top dollar but the work is not up to standard. Buy elsewhere.

Mazda North Shore Arrogant dealer and financial assistance there. The dealer said did not have time to provide his service and pushed me off the time to think nor to negotiate the price to coming to make a deal that he and I were both happy. They both were not treating me In a way I wanted to be treated. Wonder if it was how badly I was dressed or how young I was. Disgusting. In the end, if the interaction was negative, and the deal wasn't what I wanted and being pushed to getting a quotation for too expensive car that I didn't want to buy, I just don't need to go back and buy one.
