We are an elderly couple, married 61 years and we’re driving a HONDA ACCORD big and powerful with 45000k clocked up. A small car was needed, and being loyal to the HONDA brand decided on a Jazz, wheelchair no problem. Contacted this dealership and reached JOEL, he was so kind and helpful, actually bought the Jazz we chose to west Auckland to demonstrate, we where so impressed by the way Jazz was presented and the answers to all our queries we purchased the vehicle from Joel, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was any trouble to him. I have just had the most amazing experience at this wonderful dealers. After a purchase from another car yard fell through, I was desperately looking for a new Jazz. I was fortunate enough to go into Honda North Shore and talked to the wonderful Alex Wheeler. As there was nothing on their lot that fitted my needs, he offered to 'loan' me a car until the perfect one came in that I could buy. It was like an early Christmas present and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and Honda North Shore. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I had the pleasure to be looked after by the amazing sales person Alex Wheeler!!! He literally went to the infinity and behind to make my self and my family happy!!! He brought a car from one of the other Honda dealers in NZ, here in Auckland just for us, at no extra cost!!! What a man! He made sure that the car was up to the standards: nicely presented, groomed, full thank and ready to go! He really made me feel comfortable throughout the sale, it felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a sales agent! LEGEND!!! And I also want to thank Sophie Shang for helping us with the finance approval!!! She is such an amazing and professional accountant, she worked on Saturday to make sure that our finance would have gone through. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH GUYS! AND THANK YOU HONDA NORTH SHORE! I will high recommend you to everyone looking for a new or used car with a great price and a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will definitely buy from you guys again in the near future!
North Shore Honda is always a great experience. I bought my car almost 2 years ago and the customer service provided by Susan amazes me. Susan literally looks after my family and since I bought the car she has been super helpful. Best customer experience ever.

Last time when I send my car to Honda North shore for service, I had an excellent experience there. Warm welcome at the reception, kindly help with curtesy car, all staff I talked to are nice. And second to none service. I am more than happy to recommend Honda to my friend.
Came back for my service, was outstanding again and well looked after by Mira in customer service she guided me well and the technician have done a good job. Marnie did also provided good service by rearranging a loan vehicle which was not available on the day. Overall traveled 150km to get the service done and it’s worth it.
As usual a seamless, welcoming & professional delivery of service by North Shore Honda staff from my arrival through to the collection of my vehicle. Very reassuring to know my vehicle is always maintained in top condition by Honda technicians
